As part of IMI’s Career Guidance portfolio, we provide comprehensive assistance to students and young doctors navigating the residency match process, as well as securing observerships and attachments in the US, Canada, and Europe.
To help our members succeed, we offer:

• Residency Match Support: This includes seminars / webinars focusing on the residency match process, mock interview sessions on request, and thorough reviews of personal statements and CVs on request to ensure that candidates present themselves in the best possible light.
• Observerships and Attachments: These opportunities are available for Medical students and young health professionals across the US, UK, Canada, and Europe.

The NEST Project

In the US, IMI’s Global Headquarters has initiated a groundbreaking pilot project, NEST I, which combines accommodations with observership rotations in New Jersey.
